Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also note that in case the revenues estimated in this Bill fall short of the set target--- In case we collect less revenue than proposed in this Division of Revenue Bill, then the national Government will uptake the deficit up to a particular threshold. This threshold is not indicated in this Bill. It is a threshold that the Cabinet Secretary will specify at some time - I do not know at what stage. If at all the revenue falls short of this threshold, then the county governments will take a hit. We need to be aware of what this threshold is, and what is anticipated if the county governments will take a hit when we do not realize the projected revenues."}
