They report to KWS and Provincial Administration and yet, nothing is done. The poor fellows are left with no alternative but to arm themselves with spears in order to deal with those animals. If you are going to jail those poor fellows for 15 years, then it will be unfair to them. If you are going to send those fellows to jail, you are, in essence, telling them: “Go and rot in jail.” I oppose this Motion. The Jubilee Government was not elected by tourists, but the poor people.
