I was just saying that some measures have been put in place. Let the people of ASAL look for a way of getting fodder; get a factory or a store where they can stock food for the animals. Let them make a dam somewhere where the animals can get enough water. So, unless we put measures in place, we will be cheating ourselves by just saying: “Let us have the insurance.” So, I would urge the Government to put measures in place before giving the insurance. Otherwise, I support the Motion. Thank you."}
