That thing was used for some time, but it faded away. So, the point that we should be looking at is this: If we stand here and start talking of how we are going to alleviate poverty in our rural communities, we should get to the root cause of the problems. I believe the various counties will be looking into these issues. If it is the issue of the infrastructure, I believe when the various committees are in place, those are some of the issues they will be looking into."}
