It was dealing with people’s passion and something like that. The Constitution or the relevant rules do even talk about anything to do with the presentation of a Member. Somebody can go before a Committee and panic and become nervous; that does not necessarily mean they are not qualified. I raised an issue and said I wanted the reasons behind the rejection of this particular nominee."}
