If we approve these 16 names, we will have 20 members. Out of those 20, from the President’s community, the President is there. The Attorney-General is there. We have other three Cabinet members. We have the Secretary to the Cabinet. Those are six. Six out of 20 is 30 per cent. That is not fair. Go to the Deputy President’s community. It has five out of 20. It is 20 per cent. Add the two communities. It adds up to 50 per cent. How will you convince a Masaai, Turkana, Teso and a Kuria that he forms part of this Government? If there were four slots for Rift Valley, I expected the Kalenjin to produce"}
