Daniel arap Moi, was bought a new jet by the Government, the whole country was in uproar, but today look at the advantages our President is enjoying. We have cut down costs. I want to seek a clarification. What would the Government through the Leader of the Majority do to buy a new jet? How much will it cost? How much of the taxpayers’ money will be saved? These are the things we want to know from the Leader of the Majority Party."}
