It is as much a useful product as the others. We also need to have subsidies for our fishermen and fisherwomen. Why is it not possible, for example, for somebody with a fleet of ten boats and all the other fishing equipment to use them to easily access loan? I think we should be able to encourage our banks – and there is a symposium I attended by Equity Bank; I do not know how far they have gone with it – to use the boats as collateral for gaining access to capital."}
