Deputy Speaker","speaker_title":"","speaker":null,"content":"Thank you, hon. Mbadi. I have indulged you because I know the passion with which you hold issues connected to the Budget. I will, however, stick by my earlier ruling which I think will give us a way forward. We need to ventilate more on this. I passed the buck to the Budget and Appropriations Committee – I believe you are a Member of that Committee. Let the Committee ventilate on this matter. Let it weigh the pros and cons and then bring us a Report here. We will then ventilate further all those issues that you have put in place. Clearly, we cannot afford to lose a Division of Revenue Bill. Therefore, we must get all the information required to ensure that we are properly guided on how we are going to proceed. I will stand by what I had ruled earlier. Let us wait for the Committee now that it is seized of the matter. It will bring a Report before the House at the earliest possible time. This is a very important Bill that we need to pass very soon so that this matter is brought to rest."}
