I wonder whether the Serem Commission factored in the mandates of Members of Parliament while determining the salary that is supposed to be paid to them. I am referring to the roles and responsibilities of Members of Parliament viz-a-viz commensurate remuneration. On this basis, I call upon the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) to ensure that we have a more vibrant Public Relations Department for this organisation.
