Deputy Speaker, I am happy to second this Motion and point out a few things. We were vetting a career civil servant – somebody who joined the public service at the age of 24 years and has served for 33 years. He has gone through the ranks, taking a minimum of three years in every position until he reached the top. We do not have many in public service who have had that kind of service throughout."}
