Deputy Speaker, I support this Motion very much, and I would like things to be decentralised to the counties, so that people can reach there easily, especially for treatment of cancer; treatment of renal diseases should be subsidised like other diseases such as diabetes whose medicine cost has been subsidized. We would also like them to subsidise the treatment of kidney diseases and cancer. I support this Motion."}
