I called the NCPB because the people of Limuru wanted to know if they could have a fertilizers distribution centre because it was difficult for them to access the agricultural input from Industrial Area. It is not easy for small-scale farmers who cannot afford lorry- loads of fertilizers but who would want to access it in quantities they can afford. I believe that this Motion is addressing the needs of peasant farmers not only in areas where maize"}
