It is important to note that when I saw hon. Simba stand to contribute, I thought he was going to oppose this Motion. This has been a learning process. Hon. Joyce Wanjala taught us that cancer is called saratani . Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, if this Motion is passed and implemented, I am sure most of the bills that we pay now and then will be a thing of the past. I urge hon.
