I have produced clinical officers being a trainer in the Nakuru Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) and lately at the Kapkatet Medical Training College before I was elected to this House. I want to assure this House that we have trained very competent clinical officers and nurses at the Kapkatet Medical Training College and I know they are offering services wherever they are."}
