That is because I would not like to deal with my friend, Atwoli, all the time. Everybody knows that my affinity in the trade union docket is Mr. Atwoli. I would also not like to oversee somebody whom I know is very efficient like Ismail Noor, and we are good friends. I want to confess our relationship. I want to recommend him to this House that he is a man who goes to only three or four places. That is to the office, library, university to further his education and home."}
