I stand to support this Motion. It is a very important Motion that has been brought by hon. Gatobu. I support it as amended. It is very important that we have a data base, so that we can know which child needs support. The Constitution provides that every child has a right to get education. At the same time, how do we identify these children? How do we know where they are? So, the data bank is going to give us a formula on how we are going to distribute whatever resources that we have to support the needy children. I belong to this category and my parents struggled to bring up to where I am, but if we had these kinds of resources and the information, maybe my parents could not have struggled the way they did.
