The Minister has admitted that it has only 48 beds. Normally, they have about 150 cases. That means that a bed is shared by three mothers. I agree with what the Minister is saying. He has said that they are planning to build a 150 capacity unit. What elaborate plans does the Ministry have in as far as this is concerned? That is because the Permanent Secretary promised that in the year 2011/2012, the project would start? When exactly will that be?"}
