It must result into some enactment or some positive action that makes the object of its recommendations effective. Like a court of law, there would be a prayer or an order which is directing some action to be done. So, in that direction, perhaps, you will also indicate to the Chair of the Committees that a recommendation should bear a very positive direction targeting an object or a subject of the nation of Kenya to do something or to abstain from doing so that the Motion could become effective and can be implemented."}
