In the English language we say: “It is the wearer of the shoe who knows where it pinches most”. So, when I see ladies demonstrating about that crop, saying it is making their men lose their manhood, I get very concerned. I think it is important if we get that information. I get very worried when I see ladies complaining because they are in a better place to complain. To me, I would really be very interested to know whether that is the truth. The truth can come from this Motion. That is one of the reasons why I am supporting this Motion. The other reason is that there are allegations that most of our youth who are engaging in crime are actually doing so as a result of the consumption of that crop, including other drugs. That is why you find most Kenyans would actually categorize"}
