Speaker, Sir, I will give an example. We have already passed a Motion that was brought by hon. Mbadi and I did an amendment on fishing. Even though the House has passed a Motion that directs the Executive to go in a specific way, I have had to chase. I was taking the role of hon. A.B. Duale. That is why I was telling him that I should be sitting in his place. I have had to take his role of informing the Executive of what the House has passed. I have had to photocopy the HANSARD. I think it is almost 200 pages of the HANSARD of what happened in this House. I am going to send it to the Cabinet Secretary. I have to send it to the Leader of the Majority Party. I have to send it to the Principal Secretary because there is no clear system to inform the Government of what has been passed in this House."}
