I rise to support this Motion and thank its Mover. I do not know whether we are really fast- tracking the Motions which are passed by this House. I am saying this because this is a very important Motion. It will help us move this country forward if it is implemented. I also think that if a Bill is brought to this House and passed it can help in the liberalization of the power sector."}
