It can mean “Small and Micro Enterprises” or “Small and Medium Enterprises”. However, for the hon. Member’s information all small and medium enterprises are involved in industrial training. This is because industrial training works on the principle that every employer based in a particular sector must pay levy for each employee employed by that employer. It is not the employees who pay training levy but the employers."}
