I come from a constituency that has very few industries. My constituency which is part of Nyandarua County is partly agro-based. Most of the activities that we carry out are agricultural oriented. Therefore, the employers who contribute to the workers are very few. So, the small enterprise business contributing to the kitty so that even the few people who are not employed can get advantage of that training will be very important."}
