I think that was rightly said as a further amendment and I thank hon. Chanzu for it. But, in legal terms, I do not think you can compel anyone do to something that is already in the legislation which they are expected to do. I think the use of the word âundertakeâ is good enough and since hon. Chanzu does not retain me as his lawyers, I can give him a friendly advice, which, of course, he will not pay any fee. Hon. Speaker, Sir, I wish to move this Motion and ask hon. Wanyonyi to support."}
