Amina Abdalla was winding up her statement. What I got is the challenge of all the money Bills being sent to the Budget and Appropriations Committee. I want to draw the Chair and the House’s attention to Standing Order No.23. It is partly based on Article 114 of the Constitution which is very specific when it comes to money Bills. With your permission, I would like to reiterate what it states. Article 114 reads:-"}
