I rise to contribute to the Motion by Hon. James Gakuya. I support this Motion because it raises a very important matter. It raises the issue of garbage and waste management. This is one of the areas I would like to say that we have largely failed. This is because management of garbage is very poor indeed. It is haphazard, it is poorly co-ordinated and I think to some extent harmful."}
