Any person who has had a chance to visit the Dandora dumpsite will be in complete agreement with what the Mover of this Motion has stated. The waste disposal problem is a global one, and we need to manage it as a country. As far as I am concerned, we are dealing with this issue in a very haphazard manner. This is a problem that the Government should address in a universal, or global, manner."}
