Pursuant to Standing Order No.70(1) which clearly states that unless the Speaker, for the convenience of the House otherwise directs, voting on a division in the House shall be by electronic voting. So, we will use our cards. For those who do not have cards and intend to say “no”, we will do a line on one side and for those who intend to say “yes”, we will have a line on the other side. This will help us to speed up the process and help us make use of these electronic devices that we spent a lot of money on. Hon. Members, let us start and make sure all of you have your cards ready and you have logged in. I should be able to see hon. Members either saying “yes” or “no”, lining up on this end so that the Clerks can assist us with that. Hon. Members, you may start the voting."}
