Deputy Speaker, we have the process which requires even approval of the Clerk and referrence to who will give the Statement. For example, we have just heard hon. Bosire requesting a Statement from the Leader of Majority Party, which was approved by the same office of the Speaker as a request to the Leader of Majority Party. I think it would be like double standards if a Statement has been sought in good faith by the responsible person through your guidance and then again we have this kind of confusion on the Floor of the House. I think it might not be really in order; In my opinion, it needs to be captured from the source irrespective of when he will give the Statement."}
