It is not for us to say that this House should engage--- We do not expect Ministers to come and sit on the Front Bench. We cannot do it. The structure that we put in place at the referendum when Kenyans approved a new Constitution was one that made sure that ole Lenku cannot be in this House. Unless we go back, amend the Constitution, do a referendum and bring a new governance structure, we will not have Ministers in this House. Unless we do that---"}
