The media fraternity is not fully convinced that it is a Bill that we should pass in its current form. Therefore, we need more time. This is probably presenting us an opportunity, as the august House to have more time and get a Bill out of this House that will become an Act of Parliament that is friendly to the media and promotes media freedom that we need."}
