Sen. Chris Obure has worked in the Government in very key Ministerial portfolios. In particular, he was for a brief period the “Chancellor of the Exchequer for the Government.” The Chancellor of the Exchequer is the Minister for Finance. I think he knows the problem he is talking about. Therefore, this becomes a very well thought out Motion to help our people process their claims. This amendment is very important because we just pass a mere Motion without giving it legal teeth, it will become another added bureaucracy in the processing of claims. I can assure you of that.
