So, nobody is allowed to be part of the Speaker’s Procession. I thought Sen. Musila had actually clarified that he was way behind. That is why I could not determine the distance between the procession and Sen. Musila’s arrival. But let everybody note that, that is the correct procedure. Sen. Musila has already apologized.
