I also give thanks to the people of Turkana North for electing me for three terms as a Member of Parliament and now the fourth time as the Senator. I also want to thank them for their prayers that went to the election of the Speaker of this House. I want to thank you for being the Speaker of the Senate. Coming from Turkana, my people are glad and know that you are equal to the task. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to challenge this Presidential Address. I want to say that the Speech lacked in specifics.
