Mr. Speaker, Sir, before I contribute to this Motion, I have one observation to make. It was the practise in the National Assembly that when hon. Members stood to contribute - I know it is your prerogative to decide who speaks on the Floor of this House - but priority has always been given to the senior hon. members of the House. After you had made your ruling on the points of orders, I noticed that several of us stood up requesting to contribute to the Motion and you gave the opportunity to the Senator for Mombasa County who is a first timer. He made some mistakes, as it were. It is important that the new Senators learn from the old members of----"}
