Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was saying that it may not be really palatable. Some truth needs to be told. The Cabinet that the President has is incompetent. If I was advising the President, I would have told him to dissolve this Cabinet and form a new one. This is because you cannot have a Cabinet that does not even make decisions and a Cabinet that requires you to always be calling people at State House and in Karen to make simple decisions that are already in law. This is a Cabinet that should go home and we reconstitute another one. If possible, we can even amend the Constitution so that Ministers can come from Parliament. These people we picked---"}
