Is the Member for Rarieda, who is a very good friend of mine in order to mislead the House that when documents are presented to the Chair or to the Speaker, they have to be authenticated by a Commissioner of Oaths? All that is required for a document to be authentic is the signature of the originator. So, it is not a must for a Member to bring documents that have been signed by the Commissioner of Oaths for them to be received by the Chair. I think that he is misleading this House and setting standards which are not within the Standing Orders."}
