As I said in my statement, we are working with the Provincial Administration and on the basis of that, we shall be able to develop a system which requires consultation, dialogue and at the same time enforcement of the law, so that these structures that are becoming risky to our citizens can be demolished and reconstructed; this is something that requires a lot of consultation."}
