Speaker, Sir for giving me this opportunity. I want to start from the outset and say that I oppose. I want to say that I am feeling extremely honored and privileged to be in the minority of those who are opposing, just in the same way I was in the minority of opposing going to The Hague. I am feeling extremely vindicated today. I thank my God because I stood by my principles. Hon. Speaker, Sir, I have said that today, again I am standing by my principles and I am opposing the Motion. I only want to speak about two things and I thank God that I have spoken after the amendment. Despite the fact that we are saying we are not speaking to non-defiance and non-cooperation, everything that we have said here speaks to defiance and non-cooperation. Hon. A.B.
