Is this designation for just one voting or can there be a designation as a Standing Order, to alternate when the head is not there all the time, instead of writing “every voting time?” Mr. Speaker, Sir, the other thing is that in case of a multiple membership delegation, is it possible to have a list, which is a Standing Order list, that anyone of those then can vote? That becomes now a standing arrangement and only at that time, the Member could just walk to the Clerk-at-the-Table and say: “I am the one who is present to vote.” So, I think that this issue needs a bit of clarification."}
