That is what I am trying to say. As another Senator said here, we would not have been in this situation if the honorable Chair and his Committee did not visit those areas; it could just have come as a Motion. But now, it is a report which I want to repeat again; it is not going to go very far; it is not going to go anywhere; it is going to be shelved in the shelves of the Senate and nothing will happen.
