The reason I was making the case of extension of time and the need to have a communication strategy is to ensure that these issues are captured. By the time the final report is brought to the House, the Committee will have considered all these issues; they will then bring them to the House and we debate them. We will go on record as a House that provided a legal framework that will assist us to give back to the society as is expected."}
