If you look at the Standing Orders, they demand that you should seek the leave of the Speaker’s Office whether or not you can seek a Statement. Otherwise, we shall have all manner of Statements being sought. Right now, I have no control. As I sit here, I do not know what you are going to say. I do not know whether it is something that is constitutional or unconstitutional or one that violates the rules.
