The seriousness of this matter is that from 3rd June, I have started seeing very weird characters, both white and black, around my offices and near my house. I think my life is in danger. If this issue is not addressed with the expediency that it deserves, I would want to know whether the Chair would guarantee my security. I have informed the Minister for Provincial Administration and Internal Security about this, but it seems there is an agenda that is being played here. That is why I am asking the Chair to make a ruling that the Ministerial Statement should be issued tomorrow."}
