I promise that if you demand it, I can give a considered ruling or opinion on the issue. But, now, if you talk about Sen. Wetangula, who again is a very senior lawyer, and then talk about a vacancy of a seat which has not arisen in the House as of now, I think it will be unfair to the House and it shall be pre-empting a situation, which we should not do at this time."}
