Kajwang that disputes cannot be resolved within 30 days. I also agree with my other colleagues that if the dispute is resolved, then either party – if it is the taxpayer or KRA – should fulfill their obligation within 90 days. But the element of 30 days with the kind of Judiciary we have in our country---"}
