This Motion wants to guarantee basic education to all our children. That is a constitutional requirement. It is not re-inventing the wheel. We have put in our Constitution the provision that all children should go through basic education. Therefore, I want to ask this House to support the Motion with the amendment that we ask the Government to ensure that all children get access to education up to Form Four."}
