You realize that Standing Order No.82 says that a Member shall be responsible for the accuracy of any facts which the Member alleges to be true, and may be required to substantiate any such facts instantly. Are you in a position to substantiate your claims, to the extent of imputing an improper on a fellow Member of Parliament?"}
