However, as a trustee, he failed to do his job and that is why there is a recommendation that the trustees need to be held responsible. So, I want to clarify that because it was sought from the Mover of this amendment. He was asked: How come the Committee praised Joseph Kinyua, the Permanent Secretary who did a good job by the way. However, as a member of trustee of the Strategic Grain Reserve, he failed to do a good job. If the Committee found that to be wanting, then it had a right to raise that matter. There is nothing wrong with that."}
